USE OUR PRAYER APP

We feel that the PrayerMate app is the easiest way for us to get any up to date prayer needs to you in a cost effective and paper free way. You can download the ‘PrayerMate’ app free from:

• The App Store (Apple)
• Google Play  (Android)
• Amazon appstore

1. Open the app. After the welcome screen, you will arrive at the ‘Organise into lists’ screen. You can skip past this, should you not wish to create prayer lists at that time.
2. You will then reach the home screen displaying three options, ‘Add’, ‘Lists’ and ‘Groups’.
3. Click ‘Add’, For The Sake Of The World (FTSOTW) can be found by typing FTSOTW in the ‘What would you like to pray for’ search bar. Additionally, you can find us by scrolling down on this screen and clicking on the ‘World mission and Bible Translation’ category.
4. Click on the FTSOTW icon, two options appear – ‘Visit Homepage’ or ‘Subscribe to this feed’.
5. Click ‘Subscribe to this feed’
6. You will be asked which prayer list you would like FTSOTW to appear in, select ‘World Mission’
7. Access your ‘Lists’  from the home screen or by clicking ‘Lists’ on the banner at the bottom of the app.

Alternatively, we have a closed Facebook group that you can also access the same updated prayer requests. If this is a more accessible option for you, please email info@forthesakeoftheworld.com to register your interest and we will send you a link.

ATTEND A LOCAL FOR THE SAKE OF THE WORLD GROUP

FTSOTW is all about uniting Christians to pray for the needs of people across the world. Every two months we meet together over zoom in prayer to see change happen across the nations. You will hear about the latest news from our programmes before praying with others from across the globe. Our next meeting is on Tuesday 25 October at 1pm UK time. Please use the form below to register your interest and we will send you the guidelines and zoom link. We look forward to praying with you.

Another way you can get involved is to attend a local in-person prayer group. If you are interested in this, please message us your name and location and we will be in contact with you. Please be aware that we are a new prayer initiative, so are in the early stages of establishing praying communities. It is an exciting time as we are look for people willing to partner with us to plant FTSOTW prayer groups where they live. Perhaps if your area does not yet have a FTSOTW presence, you might be nudged by the Holy Spirit to work with us to create one?
